This box plot shows how the PLEES index of a country compares to the rest of the world.


How to read:


The horizontal line represents the PLEES value of a selected country. The coloured boxes represent the distribution of the index for each continent. They show where the values of half of the countries on that continent fall. The top and bottom lines show where the majority of values lie between. (In mathematical terms these are defined as the 25th percentile - 1.5 time interquartile distance and the 75th percentile - 1.5 time the interquartile distance.).
